ABOUT AULOS

Founded in Copenhagen in 2024 by three friends with a shared passion for clothing, culture and individuality, AULOS was created with a simple idea: good clothing should be more accessible.

We have always been drawn to clothing that goes beyond trends — pieces with a strong identity, considered silhouettes, quality materials and details that reveal themselves over time. What started as a shared interest in fashion developed into AULOS: a place to discover and wear pre-loved clothing from brands we genuinely believe in.

AULOS is a curated destination for pre-loved designer and contemporary clothing. Rather than following seasonal trends or sourcing simply for the sake of having more products, we carefully select every piece that enters our collection. Our focus is on garments that stand out through their materials, construction, details, fit and cultural relevance — pieces that can remain relevant long after a season has passed.

We believe that pre-loved clothing should never feel like a compromise. It should feel like an opportunity to find something with character. Something from a previous collection, a piece that is no longer available in stores, or a brand that deserves to be discovered. By giving existing garments a new life, we aim to make quality clothing more accessible while encouraging a more considered approach to what we wear.

Our selection moves between established names and lesser-known labels, with an appreciation for everything from refined Scandinavian design to Japanese craftsmanship and the wider cultures surrounding clothing. We are particularly interested in garments where the material, proportions and construction have been given as much thought as the name on the label.

For us, quality is not defined by price or popularity alone. It is found in the weight of a fabric, the way a garment fits, the construction of a seam, a carefully considered detail or the way a piece develops with wear. These are the qualities we look for when selecting each item, always with the intention of offering pieces that bring something distinctive to your wardrobe.

We also believe there is value in extending the life of clothing that already exists. Choosing pre-loved means moving away from the idea that something has to be new to be valuable. It is a more conscious way of approaching clothing — giving well-made garments the opportunity to continue being worn, appreciated and discovered.

At its core, AULOS is about selection. The time spent searching, the details worth noticing and the pieces we believe deserve to be found.
